Before registering, an account must be created on the Oxford Abstracts platform.
To qualify for the student rate, proof of student status must be uploaded during the online registration process.

- Access to poster viewing sessions
- Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks (all three days)
- Welcome reception (Tuesday evening)
- Gala dinner (Wednesday evening)
Payment
Payment is required at the time of registration and can be made by major credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover).

Refunds & Cancellations
The cancellation deadline is 11 September 2026. Cancellations received before this date will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. After the cancellation deadline, no refunds will be granted.
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing by emailing Lori Leach.
Abstract Submission
All abstracts must be submitted using the online submission system after registration. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference Organizing Committee.
Letter of Invitation
If you require a formal letter of invitation for visa purposes, please contact the Conference Office using the contact page.
Photographs and Recording Release
Photographs and video/audio recordings will be taken during the conference. By registering for the International Phytobiomes Conference 2026, you grant the organizers permission to use this material for print and digital communications and marketing.
