All abstracts must be submitted online via our abstract management platform Oxford Abstract. We will not accept any abstract submissions by email.

Please submit your abstract following the guidelines below. Abstracts should be clear and concise and should include all key points to be addressed in the proposed presentation or poster.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference Organizing Committee.


Research Topics

We welcome submission of abstracts on current, cutting-edge, and innovative research related to phytobiomes, including (but not limited to):

  • Sustainability and agricultural production
  • System Interactions (plants-microbes-environment)
  • Crop genetics (breeding, advanced technologies)
  • Soil health
  • Linkages between plants, microbes and animal health
  • Weather & climate impact on plant health and productivity
  • Precision/Digital agriculture & other emerging technologies
  • Tools for understanding complex systems (network science, modeling, AI, machine learning, predictive analytics)
  • Data integration and validation
  • Microbial biological product development
  • Regulatory science and policies

Presentation Categories

Abstracts may be submitted for one or more of the following presentation categories:

  • Oral presentation
  • Poster Flash Talk
  • Poster

Submission Deadlines

  • Oral presentations or poster flash talks: 28 August 2026
  • Poster presentations: 16 October 2026

Notification of Acceptance

If your abstract is accepted for an oral presentation or a poster flash talk, you will be notified in October.


Submission Guidelines

Please have your one-page abstract ready before beginning the registration and submission process.

  • The presenting author must submit the abstract and will serve as the corresponding author.
  • Title: Scientific names should be italicized.
  • Author names, affiliations, and addresses: List all authors and their affiliations.
  • Abstract length: Maximum of 250 words or 1,600 characters (including spaces), excluding the title, authors, and affiliations.
