The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all sessions
- Welcome reception
- Program book
- Networking virtual platform
- Electronic version of the full abstract book with participant list
- Lunches and coffee breaks during conference days
To benefit from the student rate, please upload a resume in the online registration system.
The Gala dinner is not included in the registration fee, and costs an additional $85.
Payment
Payment is required during the registration process with a major credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) or PayPal. If you want to pay by wire transfer, contact Lori Leach.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellation deadline is 7 October 2024. Before that date, registration fees will be refunded with a processing fee of $50. After the cancellation deadline, no refunds can be granted. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to the Conference Office. Other payments such as for social events or workshops are not eligible for any refunds.
Abstract Submission
All abstracts must be submitted using the online submission system. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference Organizing Committee.
Letter of Invitation
Please contact the Conference Office – using the contact page – if you need a formal letter of invitation for visa purposes.
Photographs and Recording Release Statement
The International Phytobiomes Conference organizers will take photographs and make videos & audio recordings throughout the conference. By registering as an attendee of the 2024 International Phytobiomes Conference, you hereby grant the organizers the right and permission to use and publish your photo and/or video/audio footage for print and digital communications and marketing.
